ESCCRP Public Scoping 

November 2 & 3, 2022

The Inyo National Forest, the lead agency for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, began the public scoping process to gather input regarding the NEPA analysis for the ESCCRP. Both virtual and in-person events were held to educate the public on the Proposed Action.

El 8 de julio a media tarde, mi barrio en West Bishop estaba ardiendo.
Desde el centro de la ciudad, donde está mi oficina, veía la densa humareda que los vientos fuertes soplaban hacia el norte.
